funny

Who is the other women in Vishy’s life? Where does Khushi stand in this scenario? Will Vishy be able to untangle the complex web of deceit and crime that he has fallen into? For all the answers we will have to wait and watch the film.
Why should you watch: It’s a Prabhu Dheva directorial. Most of his past directorial films have been blockbusters and this one too seems to have all the ingredients of a hit. Ajay Devgn is coming back this year after the super successful Singham Returns. Sonakshi Sinha is back after two superhit films R…Rajkumar and Holiday. Yami Gautam also makes her presence felt throughout the trailer and the promos. All of these will definitely make this a must watch.
Bhopal: A Prayer For Rain
Director: Ravi Kumar
Star cast: Martin Sheen, Mischa Barton, Kal Penn, David Brooks, Rajpal Yadav, Tannishtha Chatterjee, Manoj Joshi, Fagun Thakrar, Gopichand Lagadapati, Akhil Mishra, Joy Sengupta
Synopsis: Bhopal: A Prayer For
Rain
depicts events leading to the biggest man-made industrial disaster in history, which killed as many as 10,000 people in a single night. The movie is a narration of the story from Dilip’s perspective. Dilip (played by Rajpal Yadav), a rickshaw driver in Bhopal, India, lands himself a job at the Union Carbide plant. The job is tough and risky with long hours, but everyone wants to hold on to their pay cheque and so Dilip keeps quiet when he notices managers at the plant ignoring safety standards. The negligence at Union Carbide led to the leakage of methyl isocyanate which killed thousands of people. Tens of thousands of people still suffer from illnesses caused by the exposure to this gas.
Why should you watch: Bhopal: A Prayer for Rain is a historical-drama film set amidst the real-life Bhopal disaster that had occurred in India on December 2–3, 1984. It has some great
Hollywood
as well as Bollywood actors like Martin Sheen, Mischa Barton, Kal Penn, Rajpal Yadav, Tannishtha Chatterjee, and Fagun Thakrar who promise stellar performances. It is a dramatization, inspired by real events. It has won many awards at various film festivals and also has been applauded by the United Nations. All these make it a must watch film.
Mumbai Delhi Mumbai
Director: Satish Rajwade
Star cast: Shiv Pandit,
Pia
 Bajpai
Synopsis: Piya (Pia Bajpai), a typical “Mumbai” girl, makes her first ever day trip to Delhi and agrees to meet a possible match for marriage on her mother’s insistence. She lands in Delhi determined to reject the guy after meeting him because after all he’s from “Delhi”. However, as it turns out she loses her phone while fighting with an auto driver and meets Goli Kohli (Shiv Pandit), a witty “Delhi” boy who grudgingly agrees to help her. One thing leads to another and they end up spending the entire day together. They fight, they argue, they laugh and share a lifetime of emotions in one day. When they meet in the morning they are strangers with strong biases about Mumbai & Delhi, when they part in the evening, the biases have turned into affection for each other’s quirks and finally, love.
Why should you watch: While Marathi films are usually adapted from Hindi scripts (Not necessarily always), Satish Rajawade decided to do the rarer task of creating a Hindi film based upon one in Marathi. Using his popular Marathi film Mumbai Pune Mumbai as the template, he reworked the original film to give it a wider national appeal. This might make for an interesting watch.
So audiences, go ahead and take your pick for this week.
